3D GUI

Does anyone remember that 3D GUI that made files into tiles that you could stack and put into groups? I thought it was called Fliptop but that doesn't seem to bring up any relevant results. I tried searching for "3d gui" but that brings back tons of 3D GUIs that aren't what I was looking for. It would be cool to try it out, I figure someone around here has to have it.
