I found this while searching online. It uses less RAM and runs faster than Vystal. I have created a self-extracting archive, if anyone is interested.

It seems to completely remove the windows border and replace it with a form-style border (replacing the window border rather than skinning it) Is that right?

It's nice... It does feel like a work in progress but its nice!
